We are looking for a talented and experienced Online Business Manager who will be responsible for all initiatives related to a Membership Site for Goren.Design Studio's new project:

ARCA Network > http://arca.land

This role is crucial for our business, as we are looking for someone who can help us start-up ARCA's digital platforms and then create growth hacking strategies for reaching our beloved audience: voluntaryists and ancaps looking to Exit & Build in Mexico.

How does this job look like?

As OBM you'll be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and managing our new Membership platform. You'll be leveraging tools like Brilliant Directories, vBout, Wordpress and Malcolm to build a cohesive system that will serve thousands of users (and thus, experience in those platforms is a big plus!)

In short, your job is to help our Membership site to be as good as possible. This is going to be a very important person for our business. We are looking for a great, fun professional, who gets stuff done.

How does the role feel like?

Your are expected to be good at solving puzzles! To be able to put all the available pieces together and achieve positive results.

You should be good at learning how to operate new software, since we have a few constrains regarding the platforms we use. We like to be systematic in our approach so we use Standard Operating Procedures, Kanban and Gantt charts a lot. 

Finally, this job is for someone that finds pleasure in nailing down the details. Someone aware that we don’t need to race through work and get things done half-assed. Someone that knows it is better if we slow things down and get them done right. It's a meticulous job in which you make minimal mistakes and think for yourself.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in managing digital business. You should have a proven track record of managing Membership sites successfully .

We don’t expect perfection for you to qualify for this job, and you'll get training as needed (usually in the form of video tutorials or protocols for easier execution.) We are big on making our jobs easier over time... We do expect intelligence, energy, and a "get it done" attitude. When you have questions, you will find the answers within a quick Slack message.

What's the deal?

This is a part-time, goal-oriented job. The pay is per hour, in USD, and the expected hourly load will be 10-20 hours per week. 

We're looking to bring our new OBM on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit both in abilities and culture. One thing that will give you a BIG leg up (but is optional) is to send a quick video along with your introduction email.
